Provide geometry or drawings, quantity, target mass, loading, temperature environment and any material restrictions.
Connect process and finish
The published processes include autoclave curing, roll-wrapped prepreg tubes and compression molding. Tooling, machining, assembly and finish should be reviewed as one route.
Agree acceptance criteria
State dimensional tolerances, cosmetic requirements and mechanical test criteria. Qualification scope, sampling, documentation and delivery are agreed for the project.
