What must be established before a commitment?

Request product-specific evidence: manufacturer identity, production steps, origin documentation, test conditions and acceptance criteria. A Taiwan team or an assembly address alone does not establish component origin.

Origin & traceability

Supplier identity, bill-of-materials origin where available, manufacturing steps and production records.

Performance & conditions

Test method, configuration, environment, limitations and the date of the result.

Integration & acceptance

Interfaces, evaluation samples, acceptance criteria and responsibility for delivery.
