- Have the buyer and appropriate advisers assess acceptance under the destination and contract requirements.
What evidence should you request?
- Manufacturer identity and production-site records.
- Process flow, subcontractor disclosure and batch traceability.
- Component and material declarations tied to the supplied item.
- Applicable origin documentation, with scope and issuer checked.
