Taiwan × Brazil: deliver through the alliance
Qualify a civil inspection system with traceable modules, data processing in Brazil and a named owner for each integration and acceptance step.
The coordinator confirmed on 7 October 2026 that all existing customers consented to participate and joined the alliance. This customer statement is recorded separately from technical qualification. Research organisations remain candidates unless their participation is specifically confirmed.

Five architecture workstreams
| Module | Decision impact | Evidence for acceptance | Primary source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drone Detection | Evaluate detection evidence separately from airspace authorization. Arsitec is a research candidate for this workstream. | Retain timestamped detections, false-alarm review and interface records in a civil site trial. | Arsitec · official products |
| Mission Computer | Use UAVI’s engineering disclosure to open an interface discussion. Compare Taiwan compute options by exact board and software version. | Agree workload, power and thermal budgets, interfaces, maintenance owner and repeatable bench results. | UAVI · P&D |
| C2 | Separate aircraft command, ground workflow and UTM interfaces. Read the official BR-UTM trial record before proposing an adapter. | Use a documented sandbox to review identity, permissions, message flow and recorded recovery behavior; operational access is a separate project. | DECEA · BR-UTM whitepaper |
| RF | Treat radio hardware, software control and service coverage as distinct procurement evidence. Brazilian manufacture alone does not establish component origin. | Collect exact part numbers, applicable approval records, supplier declarations and site test evidence. Do not publish sensitive operating settings. | ANATEL · certification and homologation |
| Edge AI | Start with inspection and processing in Brazil. A vendor statement about local storage does not establish on-board AI, security audit or a qualified bill of materials. | Measure the selected model on representative data; record latency, energy, quality, offline behavior and every permitted data destination. | SkyDrones · Pelicano AGRO |
From evidence to delivery
- Define the asset, location, deliverable and data constraints.
- Assign an integrator and a responsible person for every module.
- Compare exact hardware, firmware, software, origin evidence and change rights.
- Complete a bench or sandbox trial and retain its evidence.
- Agree site acceptance, maintenance, replacement options and commercial scope.
Government and research cooperation
DECEA / ICEA / IEAv: consult the official BR-UTM record for test context. PIT, SENAI CIMATEC, Lactec and EMBRAPII are separate ecosystem or research candidates. A published capability or funding programme is an entry for a discussion; it is not an award, signed agreement or operating authorization.
Company evidence and cooperation briefsEvidence and interpretation
Primary: official company declarations and government documents linked beside each workstream.
Secondary: the curated company briefs and alliance categories on this site. Follow their links back to the original source.
Proposal: the five-workstream division and Taiwan–Brazil module matching are alliance engineering analysis. BOM origin, access to operational APIs and project readiness still need evidence.
Trusted sourcing by exact configuration
Use HBOM / SBOM, part number, country-of-origin documents, firmware and update control, data locations, substitution rights and test records. Local data or supplier nationality cannot qualify the whole aircraft. No blanket Brazilian ban on Chinese UAVs is asserted here.
