- Define a bounded evaluation with a pass/fail decision owned by the buyer.
What evidence should you request?
- Product and software version; setup and installation conditions.
- Test method, event log, reference observations and excluded conditions.
- Data access, retention settings and the responsible site contact.
- Written acceptance criteria and any unresolved limitations.
