Have a part you need to build? Let's start with that. BYTE TCM presents precision machining, tooling, and mechanical prototyping in Taiwan. A useful first conversation begins with one component and a clear drawing.
The photograph here comes from the manufacturer. The customer and programme haven't been disclosed. It gives us a reference to discuss, while your tolerances, material, and quantity define the actual job.
We'll need to review those requirements before confirming production capacity, delivery timing, or any aircraft qualification.

Now let's look at production and inspection. These are the company's original photographs, and the inspection image shows a hand-held caliper. For your component, the question is straightforward: which dimensions matter, and how should we check them?
We can use your drawing to agree the inspection method, material requirements, and traceability needed for a sample. That gives both sides a clear basis for acceptance.
The certificate copies shown expired in March twenty twenty-three. Current validity still needs to be checked against your procurement requirements.

A practical first project could be a housing, a motor mount, a sensor bracket, or an assembly fixture. These are proposed starting points, rather than confirmed orders.
Bring the drawing revision, material, sample quantity, and target date. Then we can review a defined scope and discuss a quotation, with an inspection plan agreed before the sample is made.
1:35 · Hé Jī · Integration & test
For the integration work, Hé Jī brings together systems planning, embedded control, aircraft integration, mechanical prototyping, and software.
Yi-Sheng Sun's approved experience covers flight-control and guidance development, software, and military technical instruction. Military operator training isn't offered as a service.
The portraits are AI-restyled, and the first four profiles are CV-reported with proposed English names. Sun has approved his name, biography, portrait use, and role.
For each project, we'll agree availability, responsibilities, and the technical signatory before work begins.

Here's where the equipment documents help. You can open the ground-station reference, the Blue Magpie controller document, or the RTK Lite manual beside this player. Pause whenever you'd like to inspect a detail.
These are historical supplier references. They don't establish delivery by the current team, or Sun's individual project history.
For your setup, confirm the model, hardware and firmware, interfaces, power needs, and failure behaviour. Stock, compatibility, and performance need configuration-specific checks.
3:00 · Hé Jī · Integration & test
Let's define one manageable piece of work: equipment selection, integration and ground testing, manufacturing review, or a mission-data workflow.
Possible outputs include an interface table, software test cases, logging requirements, a drawing review, and acceptance criteria.
These packages haven't been executed. Before starting, we'll agree the people, equipment, budget, permissions, and acceptance plan. Start with a bounded paid scope. Broader cooperation can follow a concrete delivery.
3:35 · Your next prototype
We can pause here and look at the component or system you have in mind. Bring your drawings, interface requirements, existing equipment, and any data restrictions.
Smart Tools is available as an optional recorded software chapter. Its team isn't physically attending, and follow-up support needs separate confirmation.
