Privacy and attribution

Requests are stored in the existing platform inbox: contact details, requirement, selected context, attachment, time and optionally approved link attribution. Attachments are private and restricted to authorised administrators. No external messages are sent automatically.

Optional usage measurement: pages, document clicks and form stages with a session ID and coarse device/country. A shared link can attribute the session to a campaign but cannot prove identity. Form contents are not stored in analytics events.

Analytics is off by default. Allow, decline and withdraw remain available. Content, documents and requests work without analytics consent. No advertising pixels are embedded. Pseudonymous sessions are not people; unknown country stays unknown. The analytics report covers at most the last 30 days. Requests and attachments remain for handling; deletion requests can be made through the platform contact.
